Poggio Salvi Sas use of the Poggio Salvi winery in Sovicille for everything related to packaging operations, preparation of orders and shipments.
The wines vinified in this winery are: CAMPO DEL BOSCO IGT TOSCANO, CHIANTI COLLI SENESI DOCG, CHIANTI RISERVA DOCG VAL DI MERSE, CHIANTI DOC VAL DI MERSE, BARONTOLI IGT TOSCANO, VIN SANTO DEL CHIANTI DOC, REFOLA VERMENTINO TOSCANO and MORELLINO DI SCANSANO DOCG I BUTTERI, having been granted to the Azienda Agricola the exception to the bottling of this wine outside the area.
As for the WINE NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO and the ROSSO DI MONTEPULCIANO, vinification and bottling are mandatory in Montepulciano.
